Homework Assignment 1: Write down your day - check out how people receive you - list positive and negative responses.

On another paper - write what thoughts or beliefs might have led to the responses. Change any negatives to a positive statement about you. Save in a notebook - we will be adding to it each day. Title - "My Life"
